About bitesandbooks

Hey there.

I’m a librarian from the great state of Texas.  I’m also a wife, mom and closet writer.  It was because of this burning desire to write that I started this blog.  It will mainly be about restaurants (mostly in the Houston or surrounding area) and books (mostly tween, teen or YA since those are the kids I’m around at home and school), but I may through in an occasional rant about whatever is in my head at the moment.  I hope you enjoy bitesandbooks, but if you don’t,  don’t read it.
